Live Price Drop

What is Live Price Drop?

Live Price Drop is the unique feature of UDROPMORE where the price of select product keeps dropping for 100 seconds. During this time, customers have the opportunity to purchase the product at the reduced price by clicking the “Buy Now” button.

How do Live Price Drop works?

Everyday Live Price Drops are scheduled for multiple products. When the Drop gets live the price of the product will drop for 100 seconds or stock runs out. Customers can buy the product at their desired price by clicking on “Buy Now” button whenever the price counter reaches the desired price.

 

How long do I have to purchase the product at the Live Price Drop?

Drop is live for 100 seconds from the moment the price drop begins. Customers must act quickly to secure the product at the discounted rate by clicking the “Buy Now” button during this time frame.

Can I wait for the price to drop further before purchasing?

Yes, if you wish to purchase the product at a specific price, you can wait until the price drops to that price during the 100-second window. Once the price reaches your desired amount, simply click the “Buy Now” button to complete your purchase. You have to be fast as the stock is limited and depletes quickly.

What happens if the product sells out before I can purchase it at the discount price?

Due to the limited quantity of products available at the Live Price Drop, it is possible for them to sell out quickly. If the product sells out before you can make your purchase, you may have to wait for the next Live Price Drop or consider purchasing the product at its regular price.

Can I return or exchange products purchased during Live Price Drop?

Product will only be replaced in case of damaged or faulty product as our standard return and refund policies apply to products purchased during Live Price Drop. You can refer to our Return policies page for detailed instructions on how to initiate a replacement.

Is my payment information secure during Live Price Drop?

I have not received an order confirmation email. What shall I do?

Browse through your spam, junk, and promotions folder. In case you have still not received the confirmation, reach out to us at support@udropmore.com with the following details:

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Ensuring your satisfaction with our products is paramount. We urge you to thoroughly inspect items at the time of delivery. Products purchased will not be returned or refunded. Replacement of the product will be initiated only if you receive a product that is not what you ordered or is visibly damaged, we kindly ask that you decline the delivery. In cases of receiving damaged or defective items, please promptly inform us within 48 hours of the delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Our collaborative efforts will then focus on determining the most suitable resolution, which may entail liaising with the manufacturer or supplier if necessary

How can I return my purchase?

All sales on UDROPMORE are final so there will be no return after the purchase. Product will be replaced on if the customer received a damaged or defective product. Photographic evidence is required.

Can I cancel my order?

Order placed in Live Price Drop Sale cannot be cancelled. Order placed on regular prices can be cancelled before it is shipped.
